September 2020 Newsletter
Welcome to the September edition of the Chrome Hill newsletter. Our lives are still affected by Covid-19 and so many of us are working in strange ways. From home, maybe remotely, and for those key workers for whom little has changed the worry of transmission still continues. One week, we are locked down, the next its different. One thing is for sure, we have done our very best to make the most of things, with small rideouts, virtual meetings and just enough enthusiasm to carry us through to next year. We also have a new Director, as Derek has moved to other challenges, and new Officers appointments. Paula has written a great introduction article. Please join me in wishing her every success in taking Chrome Hill Chapter to great things. Next year will be great, rallies will be back in our diaries, and trips booked for abroad going ahead too. In the meantime this edition is a little different, there is a great article from Bryan about another of his fabulous trips. Also some our favourite places that we are looking forward to revisiting, and some of the activities we have been doing in the lockdown to keep ourselves busy. In the words of Vera Lynn ‘We WILL meet again’ lets hope its soon
